    Placement:- There is all fake this is college self review there is no any good course for marine education totally fake

    Waiting Period:- No placement

    Training & Wellbeing:- All things are bad people leave this college because they know that they have no future in doing 3 year be merine and btech marene

    Training & Wellbeing:- Awesome , very less fees as compared other big colleges with even lesser infrastructure ... No college in India is having bigger infra then them ... Don't blv me just visit the college ....

    Graduate Marine Engineering Course Eligibility

    Education Qualification (As per DGS Norms)

    • Graduation in BE (Mechanical) Engineering / Naval Architecture with minimum marks of 50% in final year and with minimum 50% marks in English language at 10th or 12th or in Degree Exam.
      • OR
    • The candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering after attending a course of 4 years duration from an UGC recognized university and or approved by AICTE, with a minimum marks of 50% in the final year, and a minimum 50% marks in English language at the 10th or 12th standard or in degree examination.
    • These candidates will not get full exemption from MEO Class IV and MEO Class II Certificate of Competency Exam are required to appear and pass the ’Heat Engines’ written paper of MEO Class IV Part ’A’ CoC Exam and ’Thermodynamics & Heat Transmission’ written paper of MEO Class II Part ’A’ CoC Exam.

    English

    • English shall be one of the subjects with minimum marks scored 50% in class X or XII.

    Age Limit

    • Not more than 28 years at the time of commencement of the course.

    1. Not more than 28 years at the time of commencement of the course.
    2. The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to Non–creamy layer of Other Backward Classes (OBC) Category shall be relaxed by 3 Years.
    3. The maximum age limit for women candidates of each Category shall be relaxed by additional 2 Years.

    Physical and Medical Standards

    • Physically fit and meet the standards laid out by DG Shipping.
    • Candidate should be physically fit for sea service under DGS standard norms, with eyesight up to 6/12 in both eyes or 6/9 in better eye, 6/18 in other eye and with no colour blindness.

    Marine Fees Policy

    1. Fees Payment
      Fees are to be paid in total at the commencement of every running semester. However, for new batch admissions or the 1st semester, the advance paid for confirmation of admission will be adjusted in the total of the 1st semester.

    2. Exam Eligibility
      Students can appear in the midterm exam only after paying the fees. It is compulsory to appear and pass in both the midterm exams separately. The final sessional marks will be the average of both the midterm exams.

    3. Payment Method
      Fees are to be paid through ERP (Student Portal) only.

    4. Penalty for Late Fees
      Penalty for late fees as per GUNI_UVPCE_Marine Norms. (In the range of Rs. 300/- per day). Kindly make a note of it. In case semester fees are not paid on time, exams, results, and next semester admission will be withheld.

    Interview

    • Interview will be taken by a panel comprising of Chief Engineers and Captain Superintendent. During interview, verify your original certificates, Communication skill.

    Dress Code

    • White Shirt [full sleeve], Black Tie
    • Black Pant, Black Shoes
    • During panel interview Entrance exam will be conducted.

    Medical Examination

    • Selected candidates will undergo a stringent medical examination with a DGS Approved doctor. Same can also be done with our in house DGS Approved Doctor.
