Placement:- Worst placement cell.....they only placed you in esm
Waiting Period:- Waiting is like a hell.....doesn\'t matter you are a rankers or what...totally depend on your luck....when u will get a ship.....minimum for ranker 3 month and the mediocres 7 to 8 months...they keep telling you this port that port..bla bla
Training & Wellbeing:- Training and wellbeing is excellent no doubts in it...but the company management is worst

Placement:- All cadets are placed by ESM only, apprantly they want all cadets for themselves but can\'t place them on ship before 8 months minimum, ironic it is.
Waiting Period:- Worst waiting, can take 8 months for first ranker, they are taking actions on waiting but the amount of intake and no internal placement, its better to join any other company will take 5 years minimum to complete cadetship
Training & Wellbeing:- Training is state of the art no doubt, teachers and instructers fantasic, a lot of potential in cadets but wasted cause of long waiting period

Placement:- It offers 100 percent placement in executive ship management.
Waiting Period:- Waiting period is a concern however things are getting better with new ships being taken over by the company.
Training & Wellbeing:- It provides one of the best training environments for seafarers in the country.
